Before you start your search, it is important to have a well-built question. One way to construct a well-built question is to use the PICO model.
PICO stands for:
Patient/population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes
The PICO model was developed to help structure a well-built clinical question and enable a literature search.

(Medical Subject Headings) is the NLM controlled vocabulary thesaurus used for indexing PubMed citations.
ILL requests are generally processed between 8am-4pm weekdays only. Evening, weekend, or Holiday requests will be attended to as soon as possible the next business day. ILL requests that need to be sent to outside institutions will take longer to obtain.
