All Coloradan voters are mailed a ballot that can be returned by mail or in-person. This link enables you to check your voter registration information to see where your ballot is being mailed.

All Hawaiian voters are mailed a ballot that can be returned by mail. This link provides more information on how you can use an Absentee Application to request that your ballot be sent to an alternate mailing address.

You do not need to register to vote in North Dakota. If you meet their voter requirements, you just bring your ID to vote. Cool, right?

Note that applications for an absentee ballot to vote in South Carolina are not available online. You must contact your county voter registration office to request an application (which you then must complete and mail back)--so give yourself plenty of time for this process! All Washingtonian voters receive a mail ballot. To request that your mail ballot be sent "sent somewhere other than your usual address, contact your local election official at least one month before the election so you have time to receive the ballot."
Open up the section "How to Register to Vote" at the bottom of this page. Per this resource, "All applicants, except military and overseas citizens, must have this form notarized before mailing."
